This is how it works

Invoicery offers a simple alternative to starting a business. Self-employment through us gives you the opportunity to invoice without having to start your own business.

1) Find an assignment

Begin by creating an account. It's free and comes with no strings attached, but allows you to access our service whenever and however you want.

2) Give us the details

You book the details for the specific assignment. After we approve you can work safely and without worries. We handle the paperwork.

3) We take care of the rest

We send the invoice to the customer and you get your salary from us. We also take care of tax and everything else that is necessary for the salary.

What do i get? What does it cost?

We take care of the practicalities, such as tax, VAT, holiday pay, taxes, outlays, and allowances. We pay salary for your work including holiday pay. You retain any entitlement to unemployment benefit.

You invoice your customers through Invoicery while employed by us, so you won't need your own CVR number. You get accident and liability insurance during the execution of tasks.

For a 6% fee (before tax) you get:

  • Your personal free account with access to the Invoicery platform

  • Overview of your customers and registration of the jobs you have

  • Access to our user-friendly invoicing program

  • Advice on putting together your price and invoice

A platform for freelancers without their own CVR number

Invoicery hires freelancers, in our company, and acts like any other employer, for you.

We give you reassurance that your customers in Denmark and abroad will be invoiced correctly.

And you can then concentrate on working on the tasks you love.

We follow up that your invoices are paid, and pay them out as wages to you.

As an employee of Invoicery Denmark, you create your own projects with the customers you want to work with. You decide when you want to work and negotiate your own price.

You don't have to worry about administration, and you can use all your energy to do the work you find fun.

Invoicery Danmark ApS is part of Invoicery International AB. Our group started with the Swedish company Frilans Finans in 1999. Frilans Finans is today Sweden's largest company for freelancers who are employed - in Sweden called "egenanställd".

Today, you can work in Invoicery when you live in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and France.

At Invoicery, we believe in people's abilities to create and do business. Work should be fun, inspiring and enriching. Our mission is to enable people to easily and confidently influence their own work.

In Denmark, we work for and with freelancers and their end customers. We offer self-employed (B2C) and workforce management (B2B) services (workforce management is carried out under the brand name Invoicery Business).

Do you have customers in other countries?

We help freelancers across national borders. You can work for clients both in Denmark and abroad. The advantage of working as an employee with us is that we handle international invoicing and VAT. If you move and become liable for tax in another EU country, you can use Invoicery in Sweden, Norway, Finland and France.
