Invoice as a private individual

The first step to working through Invoicery is finding a job with a client.

1. Agree on price, date, time frame and details for the job

You are the one who agrees the terms of a job with a client. You are welcome to contact Invoicery for advice on setting a good framework, price and scope for the job before you register it on your platform. Remember to tell the client that you are doing the job on behalf of Invoicery. Invoicery’s customer service can help if you have questions about pay, working conditions or tax that may be relevant to your job.

2. Create your invoice in advance

Use the invoicing tool to create the invoice before the job starts. Include the price, when you'll do the work, any specific terms, and any agreements on per diems, expenses or travel costs. Choose the date the invoice should be sent; you can change it later. Creating the invoice before you start lets us act as your employer, cover you with our work injury and business insurance, and check that the job meets Danish labour market standards.

3. We review your invoice

We review every invoice before it's sent. If something needs changing, we'll send it back to you in edit mode

4. Once approved, you can start working

Every approved invoice is a fixed-term employment with Invoicery.

5. We send the invoice

Once we approve the job, you can send an invoice to the client using the invoicing tool on the platform. The invoice must state the price of the job, when you do it and any specific terms. Remember to add any agreements with your client on per diems, expenses and travel costs to the job description.

6. Get your salary, when it suits you

You choose how you want to be paid:

• On the 15th: salary for invoices paid by then.
• On the last day of the month: salary for invoices paid by then.
• As soon as your client pays: salary for each invoice once we’ve received payment.

You can always see in your account when an invoice has been paid.
