Invoice as a private person

Invoicery is an alternative to starting or running your own business. Through us you can invoice for your services and thus avoid the administration that comes with having your own company.

You find your assignments and customers

The first step to working through Invoicery is to find a task with a customer.

    1) Agree on the price, date, time frame and details of the job

You are the one who agrees the conditions for an assignment with a customer. You are welcome to contact Invoicery for advice in order to agree a good framework, price and content for the tasks before registering it on your platform.

Remember to inform the customer that you are carrying out the task via Invoicery. Invoicery's customer service helps if you have questions about salary, employment and tax matters that may be relevant to your task.

    2) Apply to perform the task as a job through Invoicery (pre-registration)

On your profile, you apply to carry out the job as a project hire in Invoicery by pre-registering the job in the platform.

As a rule, the job must not have started when you apply to carry it out through Invoicery. This is so that we can enter as an employer, including that you can be insured by our workers' compensation and business insurances and so that we can assess whether the conditions surrounding the job are in accordance with standards on the Danish labor market.

    3) Once Invoicery has approved the job, you can start working

    5) We send an invoice

When we approve the job, you can send an invoice to the customer via the invoicing tool on the platform.
